We visited on ANZAC Day, and the restaurant was completely packed. Since we didn't have a reservation, I wasn't sure we'd get in, especially with my wife and our 2-year-old with us. However, the manager was fantastic. Even with the crowd, he was so accommodating and managed to find us a table in just a few minutes. It was such a help with a toddler in tow.Also, their food is as good as their Incredible service—we’ll be back for sure!

We visited on a Saturday night with a large group of 12+ people, arriving around 8:30 PM. The staff were incredibly welcoming right from the start. The customer service was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the food was absolutely lovely—the naan bread, in particular, is exceptional! Even though the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, we stayed until almost 10:30 PM, and the manager graciously waited for us to finish our meal without making us feel rushed at all. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience; we will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Sankalp Aspley! The food was authentic, fresh, and full of flavour. The service was excellent, and a special thank you to Ritika for her warm hospitality and attentive service. She made us feel welcome and ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. Good Indian food with excellent hygiene and amazing taste. We tried the Indian bhaji dosa, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the overall experience was great. Highly recommended for authentic Indian food lovers!

The food was amazing and had good quantity and quality. Very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it to all the South Indian food lovers. The only thing that needs to improve the customer service. The staff was communicating very loud in their language which made the atmosphere a little unpleasant.

We order dal bukhara, panner balti, lacha parantha, naan, roti, chicken sofiyan biryana. The food was yummy, tasty and the quality of naan and roti were just perfect. Highly recommend it.

This is our go to family restaurant. Their north and South Indian food is equally good. My go to dishes are paneer balti, veg dum biryani, rava masala. Free sambar refill is essential as it is very tasty and they serve it in Aladdin lamp ???? The service is prompt and the staff are all very pleasing. Love this place.

I’ve been living in Annerley for about a year now and have had Sankalp many times. I’ve always ordered takeaway, but yesterday I came in to dine with my partner. Sankalp has been impressively consistent, always delivering great dishes and maintaining high standards without exception. Their portions are generous, their prices are fair, and the menu offers an excellent selection. There’s a great mix of traditional classics and some modern fusion options too. Last night we had the Paneer Tikka and the Tandoori Chicken Dosa, both were fantastic, but I especially loved the dosa. For mains, we had the Lamb Bhuna and a Dal with rice and naan. These were also excellent. The staff were super attentive and accommodating without being overbearing, and the whole experience was ideal. There were plenty of Indian and other native diners in the restaurant, which is always a great sign that you’re serving authentic food.

We yesterday visit sankalp at annerly for the first time . what we love about it the atmosphere and lighting there second is food was good specialy the califlower fryed one with perry perry also the curry chettinand good. also the dal fry tasty . one thing which i dont like is about service while people still have there deseart dont start to clean there tables.otherwise staff are really good.
